I spent nearly thirty years in software development and project management. The precision and care I learned there still shapes how I work today.
I love making lists. There’s something deeply satisfying about order and clarity.
Wordle is a non-negotiable part of my day.
Bettys is my favourite tearoom (I was born in Yorkshire, so it’s practically a requirement).
I’m happiest outdoors in the countryside or gardens.
I love a spa day and Ragdale Hall is my favourite.
Years of macro photography has shaped my eye for small details and subtle moments.
I can’t get through the day without plenty of coffee!
A bit more about me…
I'm Tracy. I'm based in Lincolnshire and I photograph women with their horses across Lincolnshire, Rutland and Leicestershire.
I spent years in an IT job but I longed for something else. What I needed was fresh air and something real to look at. Photography gives me that.
I started out photographing eventing years ago. I just loved being around horses and being somewhere things were happening. Somewhere along the way the quieter moments drew me in more than the action. The way a woman is with her horse when nobody's performing. That's what I find myself wanting to catch now. The small moments.
I love meeting people and hearing their stories, whether that's about their life or their horse.
If you're thinking about a portrait session, I'd love to hear from you. No pressure, just a conversation.
