Super Prepped!

One thing you can be sure of on my shoots is I come prepared!  I think it harks back to my days of being a Brownie.

Every week I’d head off to a Brownie meet with my little purse containing a saftey pin, a plaster and a 10p piece (not that 10p gets you far these days!). I’m sure there were other things too but that idea of being prepared has stayed with me all my life.  These days it’s more like phone, wallet, keys, plasters and migraine tablets!

Anyway, it’s made me a bit of a prepper.  I like to have all bases covered as much as I can.  Some of the things you’ll find in my kit box:

  1. Wipes (human and animal)

  2. Hoof oil

  3. Horse treats and polos

  4. Hair bands and clips (for human and animals)

  5. Brush (again - for both!)

  6. Safety pins galore

  7. Fedora

  8. Folding Step

  9. Tissues

  10. Lint roller

  11. Mirror

  12. Scarf

Why It Matters

When you're preparing for an equine portrait session, you’ve got enough to think about—your horse, your outfit and getting to the location on time. The last thing you need is to worry about forgotten items. That’s where I come in.

My fully prepped kit means you can focus on enjoying the shoot, knowing I’ve got the little things covered—from last-minute grooming to emergency bobbles or brushing off a dusty jacket.

So if you're looking for a horse photographer who comes fully prepared, brings calm energy, and thinks of the details so you don’t have to—you're in the right place.

Let’s capture something beautiful together. 🐴 📸
